Gender Identity Issues: From a Transgender Perspective

In a conference sponsored by the School Law Section of the State Bar of Texas, and hosted by the University of Texas Law School's Continuing Legal Education program, Phyllis Randolph Frye delivered a message that she hopes "will positively influence the respectful treatment by schools of both transgender kids and teachers during the next decade."  

Endocrine Treatment of Transsexual Persons: An Endocrine Society Clinical Practice Guideline

A protocol on psychological and paediatric endocrinology aspects -- Treatment outcome in transsexuals is expected to be more favourable when puberty is suppressed than when treatment is started after Tanner stage 4 or 5.

This resolution by the AMA House of Delegates advocates for removing financial barriers to care for transgender patients.

WPATH (World Professional Association for Transgender Health)
